about a month ago aku pi this wedding fair and paid a deposit of 50 bucks. katanya harga card semua2 masuk rm700 for 1000 pcs. okay la.
ingatkan nak pi kedai dia kat pertama complex masa bersih 2.0 was running, but pasal risau keselamatan diri, tak jadi pi.
In fact pi on the following monday tapi malangnya ari tu cuti. Takpe la. Kita cari kedai dia dulu. Senang nak cam nanti.
Pi SMS contact number kedai tu. Dia kata ada kat tingkat tiga, namanya KHR wedding card. Lot number tak bagi tau. Pastu lagi confusing plak namanya KHR, bukannya Kajang. Aku abiskan around a good 15 minutes nak mencari kedai dia. Tambah pulak nak pi pertama complex tu DAN nak carik parking lot bukannya senang. Last2, abis at least 2 jam for the whole ordeal (drive, carik parking, carik kedai, dan drive balik).
Nevermind, maybe kali ni aje.
The next week pi lagi. Had to go through the traffic jam, search for a parking (at the building across pertama complex), jalan all the way to pertama complex, and pi kedai dia. Bukak. Alhamdulillah. So, bukak cerita pasal kad....
Sekali takde kaler yang aku nak masa kat wedding fair aku tu. Ni aku dah mula marah dah sikit.
Then, katanya kena tambah lagi 10sen untuk cards, so jadinya rm800 semua. Okayla, aku dapat free 2 bunting and printed sampul surat. Takpe la.
So aku tanya dia kaler mana lagi ada. Dia kata ada kat Kajang. I was like what the fuck are you talking about, you said you had the color and now you don't and I have to drive all the way to fucking kajang to make the cards that you promised me you would make? Okay, fine.
Pi sampai kajang.
Ni pun satu hal nak mencari parking dan nak cari kedainya. Alhamdulillah ada depa letak banner besar2 depan kedai, but nak mencari parking tu memang test kesabaran la.
Masuk kedai dia. Kosong. Takde apa. Ada satu meja, sofa, dua almari yang ada card samples and that was it.
Went thru the samples. Kata kat staff dia, this is my color, and this is the design that I want, and this is the map. I'll be waiting for your design.
Tanya dia bila boleh siap, pastu katanya 3 minggu. I was like, what the fuck 3 minggu!? Bapak lama gile. Apa, korang pi buat kertas sendiri ke? Melampau sungguh.
In any case, sabar dan kata OK takpe. I can handle that. Ada la tinggal lagi 3 weeks before the wedding baru la dapat kad.
So tunggu design... Tunggu... tunggu...
Seminggu lepas tu baru sampai.
Malam tu jugak aku hantar amendments to them. Nak tukar tu, ni. I even asked her whether printed envelopes costed more stamp charges to send (60sen for blank, 80sen for printed), and she said no. Which is obviously dia taktau stamp charges.
Dua hari lepas tu dapat balik draft. Kami amend lagi pasal dia tak buat semua apa yang aku suruh. Esok harinya dapat, tapi AGAIN, dia tak buat semua apa yang aku suruh.
Aku dah bengang dah, tapi ah fuck it. As long as I get my color, then fine. Soh dia hantar cards to pertama complex to make it easier for me to pick them up.
11 days later, pi hantar email, tanya what's the status because tak dengar apa2 dari diorang. Katanya OK. No problem. Everything on schedule.
Semalam, boss dia call. Kata TAK ADA CARD which has the color that I wanted. No stock katanya. I'm like WHAT THE FUCK. You had 2 weeks to tell me that and NOW YOU TELL ME, 1 WEEK BEFORE delivery date!? Fuck you man.
Okay, lets be civilized. Tanya dia apa yang dia ada. Dia hantar sample gambar. Gambar bapak besar, sample dia cenonet kecik aje satu hapak tak nampak. Either he's trolling atau tak reti guna camera henset.
Terus aku takmo dah. Kaler lain, card quality lain, and I still have to pay the same.
In fact the boss said if you want to cancel, cancel-lah. FUCK YOU MAN. I'm the fucking customer and you act like you don't fucking care? Camnila meleis. Customer punya hati tak jaga langsung.
So lepas tu terus aku pi carik vendor lain.
Dalam masa tu he had the nerve to push for that color and card AND ask for 50% deposit. Fuck you man, I aint paying for your shitty service.
If things goes like this, he'd be asking us to go all the way to Kajang to pick up the cards, tak jadi print kat sampul, pastu printing mistakes here and there (btw baru perasan date Hijrah and nama2 kat atas peta yang depa design tu banyak salah after going to the other vendor).
All in all, I am definitely against this company. I hope anyone who does find this page (through google-sensei, I hope) heeds my warning and immediately cancel their ideas on using their service.
Habis burn 50 hinggit aku, 3 weeks of waiting, berapa ringgit ntah petrol dan parking fees dan stress.
Bodoh. Meleis bodoh.
